Terms and Conditions

Ordering
Not oral orders cannot be accepted or confirmed. All orders will be confirmed within 24/48 hours from the ordering date. All order are subject to the following terms and conditions exclusively if confirmed by a written notice by both parties.

Private Sales
All deliveries over £2,000 ex. duty and VAT within mainland UK will be free of charge. Orders below £2,000 (ex. duty and VAT) and / or destined outside UK mainland will be subject to a delivery charge.

Trade Sales
All wines are sold ex-LCB Vinotheque.

For exports orders, we can either offer a non-profit quotations or if you wish we can forward you in contact with a suitable freight company.

 

In both cases, private/trade sales, we reserve the right to sell any wine which we hold or store on behalf of a customer to discharge the outstanding invoice.

All wines shall remain property of VM Targets Ltd until the all sums due from the purchaser will be fully paid.

All risks on the property shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods.

 

Prices
Unless different agreements have been taken all prices are per unit. A unit could be a single bottle or a full case. This will be specified.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and duties and all prices are exclusive of delivery/shipping charges.

 

Duty and VAT 

All wines might be subject to duty and VAT.

 

Payment

All payments will be on invoice, unless different agreements have been taken with a member of shoppingwines.com staff. Payments may be effectuated by wire transfer or, if preferred, by credit/debit card. All major debit and credit cards will be accepted, via Paypal (A surcharge will apply on credit/debit card payments).

Here below are indicated the charges which would ONLY apply on credit/debit card transactions.

 

·         (Up to €2.500,00 EUR) 3,4%

·         (From €2.500,01 EUR to €10.000,00 EUR) 2,7%

·         (From €10.000,01 EUR to €100.000,00 EUR) 2,2%

·         (€100.000,00 EUR) 1,8%

 

Unless different agreements have been taken, if the full payment is not made within 30 days from the due date, a written notice to the invoicing address will be sent. If you do not object in responding within 10 days of the dispatch of such notice, with the corresponding payment, VM Targets Ltd reserves the right to resell the goods and orders will then be automatically cancelled

Acceptance of Goods

Customers undertakes the responsibility to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify either ourselves or the carrier immediately of any shortage or damage. In the absence of any notification within 24 hours the shortage, damage or any other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.

 

If not Collection of Goods is made

Storage and administration charge might apply on all fully paid goods which will not be collected or delivered within three months from the date of purchase.

 

Quality Control 

VM Targets Ltd is strict on the condition code on all bottles which are sold, requested from all suppliers, who are informed that capsules should be in good conditions and labels should be in presentable conditions. Only bottles with a base-neck  or upper would be sold. VM Targets Ltd is concerned in regards to the provenance and storage conditions of the merchandise proposed, which following our full discretion, under certain circumstances it might give the right of a refund or a replacement to the purchaser.

   

Jurisdiction 

All contracts are drawn out under the English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice
